Responsibilities – Job Location – Samara, Russia / Mexico city, Mexico
  • Serve as technical liaison within the certification program
  • Evaluate and approve Parts Approval Requests (PAR) using physics of failure based reliability principles, including an assignment of suitability for the application, and the intended environment
  • Coordinate Destructive Physical Analysis (DPA) and result evaluations
  • Develop and maintain lists of preferred manufacturers and approved parts by establishing relationships with parts manufacturers and evaluate part level qualification and reliability
  • Manage Product Change Notifications (PCN) and assess impacts
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Reliability Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Device Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Applied Engineering and/or Physics
  • 2+ years of experience with design and construction, wafer fabrication, electronic packaging, electronic materials part reliability and qualification
  • Must have strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both RUSSIAN/SPANISH and ENGLISH
Skills and Experience:
  • Experience with physics of failure approach to reliability
    Fundamental knowledge of failure modes and mechanisms in active and passive EEE parts
  • Experience with accelerated environmental screening and qualification techniques, and corresponding acceleration factors
  • Experience with DPA and root cause failure analysis
  • Experience in a wafer fabrication, EEE part production, design, assembly, packaging, and testing facilities
  • Knowledge of manufacturing qualification and process controls and the differences between commercial, automotive, military, and space grade EEE parts
Responsibilities – Job Location – Samara, Russia / Mexico city, Mexico
  • Design, implement, and maintain our diverse server environments providing simple but effective scalability, performance, and reliability
  • Deploy, upgrade and maintain servers across the entire site
  • Install new/rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements
  • Implement and maintain enterprise-wide network infrastructure for high performance applications and content streaming
  • Apply operating system (OS) patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities
  • Develop and operate enterprise storage systems on high performance and scalable mediums such as network attached storage (NAS), storage area network (SAN), optical, and tape
  • Install and configure servers, network equipment, telephone devices, and other IT datacenter systems
  • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups
  • Support with the regular maintenance of monitoring, backup, and infrastructure power and cooling systems
  • Research and recommend innovative automated approaches for system administration tasks
  • Identify approaches that leverage resources and provide economies of scale
  • Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure central processing unit (CPU), memory, and disk partitions as required
  • Perform regular file archival and purge as necessary
  • Repair and recover from hardware or software failures
  • Create, change, and delete user accounts per request
  • Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment
Qualifications:
  • 10 + years of experience working in an IT systems administrator position or similar technical role
  • Must have strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both RUSSIAN/SPANISH and ENGLISH
Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in server hardware, management software, storage technologies, and networking
  • Systems administration/system engineer certification
  • Linux experience and certifications (ex: Red Hat, Ubuntu)
  • Experience working with Cisco and Arista networking devices
  • Experience working with VMware products (ex: vSphere, vRealize, ESXi)
  • Experience managing 100+ servers at one time
  • Experience with storage technologies, including RAID, iSCSI, CIFS, NFS, SATA, SAS, and fiber channel
  • Active Directory troubleshooting, GPO (Group Policy Object) creation and deployment experience
  • Experience with WAN/LAN dynamic routing, VPNs, switching, multicast, network security, enterprise monitoring, high performance design, and quality of service for telephony and video applications
  • Comfortable working with mission critical and sensitive systems, with a sense of urgency appropriate to the responsibilities
  • Must be physically fit enough to regularly lift up to 30 lbs. for duties such as UPS battery replacement, unpacking and rack-mounting equipment, or moving large equipment racks

  • Build and develop finite element models from geometric CAD/CAE models
  • Perform finite element and classical stress analysis of various Orion Crew Systems hardware components and assemblies for both the development, test, and flight vehicles
  • Perform preliminary and final analyses, part sizing, fatigue/fracture assessment, drawing coordination and sign-off, test support and correlation, analysis presentations, and documentation of analyses for deliverable stress and fracture reports
  • Perform analysis of discrepant hardware during on-going assembly and integration activity. Analysis shall include all mission phases from ground handling through landing and recovery.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of practical experience with NASTRAN (NX and/or MSC) structural analysis tools & methodology or comparable tools/technologies
  • Minimum 4 years of practical experience with PATRAN/FEMAP Pre/Post Processing tools & methodology or comparable tools/technologies
  • Must have strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both RUSSIAN/SPANISH and ENGLISH
Skills and Experience:
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAE solid model design tools
  • Experience with industrial and military/aerospace standards and specifications
  • Familiarity with fracture control methodology and tools
